Hello, my name is Resham. I was born and raised in Hong Kong and earned my degree in Business and Administration from Hong Kong Polytechnic. I was fortunate to receive hands-on business training from my late father, who was one of the pioneers of Indian Sindhis, creating and establishing one of the most successful trading companies in 1969 with offices in the Far East and customers worldwide. Through this experience, I gained exposure to multiple departments, including apparel and sundries merchandising, production,  HR, finance, and logistics. Inspired by this foundation, I eventually founded my own company, focusing on US trade, and developed a deep understanding of international banking, compliance, and family business operations. Today, I channel this knowledge into Full Circle Consultancy, helping others structure their ventures and protect their legacies.
